We are skilled in working with all levels of fitness and are able to meet you where you are, whether a young athlete to an aspiring “Fit 60” year old.
PERSONAL TRAINING OPTIONS
We offer extremely competitive pricing for our highly specialized services, focusing our training on (30) minute sessions, and recommended frequency of (2-3) sessions each week for maximum results. Our Personal Training is available in very simple packages for 1:1 individuals or 2;3:1 for semi private personal training in a more cost effective setting. NO contracts or gym memberships are required like other local “gyms”.
